This page is about corrections and questions for the Rest Well Routine editors. A correction is the most useful message you can send: if a number, a source, a link or a sentence on any page or calculator is wrong, the editors want to know.
What to include in a correction
A short message is fine. These three things make it quick to check:
- The page. Paste the address from your browser.
- What looks wrong. The value, the calculator result or the sentence.
- A source. A link to the maker's product page or manual, or to the public source you're comparing with.
Product values come from makers' pages first and Amazon listings second, so a link to the maker's own page is the fastest way to settle a question. Calculator defaults come from the public sources listed under each result. When a value changes, the page's update date changes with it.
Questions about a product or your sleep
The editors can explain where a value came from, how a list was built or how a calculator works. They can't tell you how a product holds up in use, because the site doesn't test products. They can't answer questions about an order either: for shipping, returns or anything else about a purchase, contact Amazon or the seller named on the Amazon product page.
The editors also can't give medical advice. If you regularly can't fall asleep, stay asleep or stay awake during the day, talk to your doctor.
